Job Description
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Hiring aesthetic doctors, dermatologists, cosmetologists, skin therapists, nurses, counselors, and front-desk staff
Coordinating interviews, walk-ins, and virtual interviews
Salary negotiation, offer letters, and joining formalities
Managing vendor consultants and recruitment portals
2. Onboarding & Documentation
Employee onboarding, induction, and orientation
Collecting and verifying documents (certificates, ID proofs, experience letters)
Maintaining employee files (physical & digital)
Issuing appointment letters and ID cards
3. Attendance, Payroll & HRMIS
Managing attendance, shift rosters, and leave records
Coordinating payroll inputs (fixed salary, incentives, commissions)
Handling HR software / HRMIS updates
Resolving payroll queries and discrepancies
4. Compliance & Policies
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and clinic policies
Maintaining statutory records (ESI, PF, gratuity where applicable)
Implementing company HR policies and SOPs
Handling audits and internal HR checks
5. Employee Relations
Addressing employee grievances and workplace issues
Maintaining discipline and professional conduct
Supporting doctors and therapists with HR-related concerns
Conducting exit interviews and managing separations
6. Performance & Incentive Management
Supporting performance appraisals and KPI tracking
Managing sales incentives for aesthetic counselors and doctors
Coordinating monthly/quarterly performance reviews
7. Training & Development
Coordinating technical and soft-skill training programs
Assisting in onboarding training for new aesthetic staff
Maintaining training records and certifications
8. HR Coordination with Clinic Operations
Working closely with clinic managers and medical heads
Supporting manpower planning and shift management
Ensuring smooth clinic operations from an HR perspective
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
