HR Operations: Female
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a female professional passionate about HR processes, compliance, and employee experience. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring smooth and efficient business practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end employee life cycle processes (onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exit formalities, etc.)
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems and physical files
• Coordinate with payroll and finance for accurate salary processing
• Handle HR documentation: offer letters, appointment letters, experience certificates, etc.
• Monitor attendance, leave, and time-off policies; coordinate with managers for discrepancies
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant with labor laws and company policies
• Assist in audits, HR reporting, and MIS preparation
• Support employee engagement activities and welfare programs
• Be a point of contact for HR-related queries from employees
Requirements:
• Female candidates only (as part of our diversity & inclusion initiative)
• 2+ years of relevant experience in HR operations or administration
• Familiarity with labor laws, HRIS systems, and MS Office tools
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Fluent in [English + any regional language, if applicable]
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per year
