The Opportunity:
As an experienced and results-driven HR Manager you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company and will act as an administrative partner to employees and management. The Human Resources Manager will be primarily responsible for supporting Human Resource practices and HR Business Partners to closely support organizational goals.
What you'll be doing every day:
•Set objectives and KPIs for the HR Operations team that align to business objectives and track progress, to ensure the excellence of service.
•Own a metrics-based framework to understand the people trends and challenges within the organization, translating those into key performance indicators.
•Establish, monitor, and action plan around key HR metrics, including building out HR analytics dashboards
•Collaborate cross-functionally with the Finance team to ensure that global payroll is supported and maintains established controls and alignments
•Ensure compliance with employment law and best practices, evaluating the implications on the company and advising management accordingly
•Develop operational improvements across processes, policies, systems and contact channels
•Ensure personal data security best practices are in place to ensure legislative and regulatory compliance
•Manage and maintain a high-quality level of support to the HR Business Partner and management teams through the delivery of workforce information
•Work collaboratively to manage the interfaces between HR-related systems
•Lead and deliver change and improvement initiatives to enhance service performance and employee experience
•Manage a growing team of HR Operations professionals
What you bring to the table:
•8+ years experience in Human Resources with previous experience as an HR Operations people leader or similar role with a focus on operational excellence and compliance management
•Experience working in a fast-paced global organization
•Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills with an ability to prioritize conflicting demands, tight deadlines in order to bring initiatives to successful completion
•A passion for data and the ability to translate HR data and metrics to support data-driven decisions
•Experience with designing and managing HR compliance, including payroll and SOX & ISO controls
•Ability to build, lead and mentor a high performing team
•Working experience with Workday and supporting system upgrades and JIRA ticketing system
•Expert working with data security and workflow management
•Good knowledge of labour law
•Degree Human Resources Management or relevant field
•Workforce reporting knowledge preferred
•Ability to conduct presentations
•Experience working in a high-growth tech company
