HR Operations Manager
The HR Operations Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day administration of a variety of human resources and rewards programs to support the organization's employees and managers. This job supervises a team of professional level employees and is responsible for administering human resources and rewards programs in multiple areas, including personnel records maintenance, statistical reporting of HR data such as turnover and employee demographics, rewards program implementation, and HR employment issues such as the hiring and termination processes.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Influences, creates, and operationalizes processes in support of human resources and rewards programs and delivery objectives in partnership with centers of excellence, human resources business partners, and other human resources professionals.
• Oversees administration of human resources and rewards programs, ensuring timely and accurate execution of transactions, identifying and either resolving or escalating operational risk.
• Measures the effectiveness of human resources and rewards program delivery through reporting metrics and analytics, identifying and acting upon opportunities for enhancing delivery.
• Communicates issues, operating plans, and responsibilities to stakeholders in order to facilitate efficient and effective execution of human resources and rewards programs.
• Determines goals for team members to achieve operational results and ensures team members understand and follow relevant policies, practices, and procedures.
• Manages performance of team through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional HR programs and processes and to foster team member engagement, motivation, and development.
