Roles and ResponsibilitiesConduct employee on boarding and help plan training and development.Support across the business in areas of HR operations like Payroll, Process and Policy Framework, HRMS Automation, Employee relations and Performance Management.-10 years of experience of working in an HR Operations role in IT/Product Companies.Managing and coordinating HR Operation related activities like Offer, Joining and on-boarding, Employee, Exit, FNF, Payroll, Documentation, background verification.Managing HR operations, MIS and Reporting like start date and end date report, audit report, compliance report, contact report, extension report, background check report.Assist in development and implementation of HR policies.Support the implementation of our compensation and benefits strategy and talent management.Desired Candidate ProfileExcellent Communication Skills Both Verbal and WrittenGood To Have:.HR Generalist role with Team management skills.Experience in using HRIS or HR PORTAL.Comfortable with MS Word and MS Excel.In depth Knowledge of Human Resources Function.Any PG/Diploma/Degree in HR Preferred Experience:.Knowledge of complete HR Operations / Processes - On-boarding to Exit.Job Benefits & Perks
