This role involves leading the implementation of HR technology platforms.
Responsibilities
• End-to-end implementation of HR technology platforms, including SAP SuccessFactors and Workday.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration with existing IT infrastructure.
• Defining project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation within scope.
Key Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, HR, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR technology with at least one end-to-end implementation cycle.
• Proficiency in system configuration, data migration, and integration with other enterprise tools such as payroll, attendance, and benefits systems.
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of managing multiple stakeholders and delivering on time.
• Knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and best practices.
