We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of HR PMO Consultants.

The Programme Management Office is the information hub for programmes, projects and smaller scale change (used interchangeably throughout) within the HR Portfolio and involves tracking/reporting, assurance/quality control, reporting, financial/resource tracking, risk/issue tracking, change control, in addition to providing guidance to change delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Establish the PMO processes to support the Programme / project in line with HR Portfolio practices and HSBC Change Framework.
• Manage PMO activities across the programme, including status, risk and issue reporting to sponsors, stakeholders, the programme governance forums e.g. SteerCo, Working Group etc.
• Support in resource management and financial reporting for programme activities.
• Setting the standards and approach for the programme PMO function, including programme governance and reporting in line with the Change Framework requirements.
• Implementing the PMO processes, tools and controls in alignment with Change Framework and to an auditable standard across the programme / project to ensure consistent and high-quality deliverables.
• Manage tracking and analysis of management information to Portfolio/EPMO/Group Transformation.
• Ensure adherence with Change Framework and use of standard project management tooling e.g. Clarity, Rally or Jira.
• Act as the custodian of the programme artefacts providing assurance on compliance with the Organization Change Framework Standards.

Location- Gurgaon or Hyderabad
Requirements
• Relevant experience of 3+ years
• Graduate level education e.g. a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, related field or equivalent experience
• Proven PMO experience supporting portfolio management or a large programme delivery
• Strong knowledge and proven delivery in line with programme/ project management standards.
• Strong knowledge and hands on experience of PMO tooling like Clarity, JIRA or Rally.
• Experience of establishing PMO office for a programme or project will be an added advantage.
• Proven flexibility and experience of working in dynamic environments with the ability to support teams with diverse backgrounds and skills, both locally and offshore.
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
• Collaborative worker with the ability to deal with varied stakeholders and manage conflicts.
• Ability to quickly attain understanding of new systems and processes.
• Relevant Project/Programme management professional qualification such as PMP or Prince 2 (preferred)
