Team / division overview
The DWS Talent Acquisition function applies robust and innovative recruitment strategies to attract, recruit and retain the strongest talent in the market. The team supports managers and candidates through the entire end-to-end hiring process and are responsible for the marketing and positioning of our employer promise, which helps drive the commitment DWS has to diversity and being a true employer of choice across the industry.
Talent Acquisition Operations provides support to the Talent Acquisition Value Chain to enable them to meet their strategic objectives and holds the function to account.
Role Details–
As a HR Product Specialist, you will (be):
• Supporting in Vendor Management processes including the onboarding, management, and invoicing processes of Talent Acquisition Vendors
• Responsible for the internal reviews and control testing of hiring practices to ensure that DWS adheres to regulatory requirements.
• Preparation of materials used within the TA operating rhythm for management meetings and stakeholder presentations.
• Acting as Talent Acquisition systems SME and super-user
We are looking for
• A good understanding of the full front-to-back recruitment process across different recruitment channels
• An appreciation of the regulatory environment associated to hiring across the financial services industry, with an understanding of appropriate employment legislation that impacts recruitment practices
• Strong excel, reporting and analytics experience using MS Excel, and comfortable with analysing, interpreting, and presenting complex recruitment data
• Experience of 3rd party vendor management and associated contractual governance
• A strong team player with a combination and the ability to lead and inspire team members and other stakeholders
