Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Bulk Hiring or BPO Recruitment
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹10,000/month (In-Hand) + Attractive Incentives starting from your first ever joining
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment for voice, non-voice, and blended BPO roles
Manage high-volume hiring with quick turnaround times
Source candidates using job portals, social media, and referrals
Conduct telephonic screenings and schedule interviews
Coordinate with clients and candidates for feedback and onboarding
Maintain accurate recruitment dashboards and joining reports
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO recruitment or bulk hiring
Strong sourcing, screening, and communication skills
Ability to meet or exceed monthly hiring targets
Must own a laptop and have a stable internet connection
Self-driven, organized, and deadline-focused
