Full job description
HR and Admin Executive Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings on various job boards and company website. Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Conduct initial phone screenings and provide feedback to the recruitment team. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status.
2. Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed. Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure new hires have the necessary equipment and access.
3. Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, job titles, compensation, and benefits. Ensure all employee documentation is properly filed and stored
4. Administrative support: Perform general administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, coordinating office maintenance, handling incoming calls, and correspondence. Provide support to the management team and other departments as needed.
5. HR Policies: Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
6. Employee Engagement: Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing teambuilding activities, events, and recognition programs to foster a positive work environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
