The Incumbent is expected to drive the growth of the organization by playing a key role in talent acquisition. Broadly, following is expected from the role
a. Interact with the business to understand the hiring requirement
b. Plan and execute the hiring against the requirements
c. Ensure that the position is filled within defined timelines and budgetary guidelines
d. Drive the hiring using Job Portal/ LinkedIn and other commonly available platforms
Looking for a self-driven individual who is quick learner to pick up the nuances of the role and the organization to identify right talent for the organization
