Job Summary:
We seek a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive with 2+ years of experience to support and improve HR initiatives, systems, and practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
Administer compensation and benefit plans
Support performance management processes
Address employee queries regarding HR-related issues, policies, and procedures
Organize employee engagement programs and activities
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
Prepare HR documents, reports, and analytics as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years of proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role
Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, training, compensation & benefits, etc.)
Familiarity with labor laws and disciplinary procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems
