Job Description
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing, to attract a diverse pool of candidates. Proactively build talent pipelines to ensure a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
• Screening and Assessment: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to assess candidates' skills, competencies, and potential for success in FMCG roles.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the interview process ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and promotion of the company's employer brand to attract top talent. Create compelling job descriptions and marketing materials that highlight the company's values, culture, and career opportunities within the FMCG industry.
• Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process. Provide feedback and updates to candidates, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborative Hiring: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their talent requirements, job descriptions, and candidate preferences. Advise on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices to support effective decision-making.
• Offer Negotiation and Onboarding: Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate compensation packages within established guidelines, and facilitate the onboarding process. Coordinate with the HR team and other departments to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate satisfaction, and diversity metrics. Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes, providing insights to drive process improvements.
• Compliance and Legal Considerations: Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection processes. Maintain confidentiality of candidate information and adhere to data privacy requirements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools, including social media recruiting platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
• Ability to effectively evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset to track and analyze recruitment data and metrics.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
