Responsibilities
• Understanding the job requirements and create Job Descriptions accordingly.
• Sourcing profiles from Job Portals.
• Responsible for screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins.
• Coordinating with candidates for interviews, documentation etc.
• Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through an in-house data base, using job portals, referrals.
• Interview, conduct thorough pre-screening and assessment of potential candidates.
• Conduct skills assessment to evaluate candidates' technical skills and competencies.
• Building New Network, Preparing a database initiating new contacts is Plus.
• Standard MIS Reporting.
Requirements
• Work Experience (in years): 1 - 2 Years of end to end recruitment experience.
• Education: MBA / PGDBM HR
• Preferably from retail, hospitality, and entertainment industry.
• Must have at least 1+ years of experience in End to End Recruitment Process.
• Candidate should be comfortable with target based work in recruitment.
• Should have worked on Naukri, LinkedIn and Indeed job portals.
