We are looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our team. Your main job will be to call candidates and set up interviews. You will also need to understand the job requirements and post job ads on platforms like Naukri, Shine, Work India, LinkedIn, and Internshala. You should have good communication skills, a graduate degree, experience in bulk hiring, and at least 1-2 years of recruitment experience.
Apart from this you will get chance to learn about payroll and Compliance in HR Department.
Job Responsibilities
• Call potential candidates and conduct initial screenings
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Understand job requirements and explain them to candidates
• Post job ads on Naukri, Work India, LinkedIn, and Internshala
• Help screen resumes and conduct reference checks
• Maintain candidate records in our database
• Assist with recruitment events and job fairs
• Work with the HR team to ensure a smooth hiring process
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices
Requirements
• Graduate degree in any field
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in bulk hiring is preferred
• 1-2 years of recruitment experience
• Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools
