Job Description:

HR Recruiter End-to-End Recruitment.

Location: Bangalore.

Experience: 6 Months - 4 Years & Ongoing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, scheduling, follow-ups, closures).

• Understand client requirements and source profiles through portals, social media & references.

• Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidate fitment.

• Coordinate with hiring managers & ensure smooth interview process.

• Maintain candidate database & recruitment trackers.

• Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets & deadlines.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication skills (written & verbal).

• Good exposure to job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.

• Proactive, target-driven, and result-oriented.

• Prior experience in BPO/KPO/Healthcare recruitment is an added advantage.

Eligibility:

• Education: Graduate / Postgraduate.

• Experience: 6 months 4 years in end-to-end recruitment.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
