Job Description
As an HR Assistant, you will manage and handle the day-to-day HR activities. Also, you should be able to update and maintain employees' details in both online and offline modes. To be successful in this job role, you should have an exceptional ability to solve problems.
Responsibilities
Creating job advertisements and writing job descriptions.Posting job advertisements in the job portals.Screening of CVs.Taking 1st HR calls and scheduling the interview of the shortlisted candidates with the ops.Administering day-to-day Human Resources activities.Performing reference checks and background checks.Coordinating with the training sessions for the new employees.Assisting in onboarding employees.Organizing orientation programs for new employees.Updating the employee's details in the database.One who can take the questions of employees, gets an idea what is being asked and can route to correct person.Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.Having exp in hiring for Revenue Cycle Management and Medical Transcription company will be a plus.Immediate joining
