Job Description
We are looking for experienced Recruitment professionals to work as Freelance Recruiters (Only BFSI) on either a full-time or part-time basis with an excellent earning opportunity – commission based.
- You can either work from home or from our offices @Ahmedabad.
- Source, screen, schedule, conduct interviews, and process all prospective candidates.
- Conduct screening interviews over the phone.
- Actively source candidates for open positions/roles using all possible recruitment methods – web portals, postings, social networks, databases, referrals and contacts.
- Preferably having prior recruitment experience [nonsales / sales & non IT / IT ] for positions from mid to senior levels (top management)
- Candidate should have own laptop / desktop and internet
- Candidate has to have good analysing and evaluation skills.
- Experience in handling positions from mid to senior level
