Designation:- HR Trainee

Report to:- VP - HR

Department:- HR Department (Role will be +0% Recruitment + 10% HR generalist activities).

Office Timing:- 0+:30 A.M to 07:30 P.M (Monday to Friday); Saturday will be working in case if required in the exceptional situation, no comp offs will be given for the same.

Job Location:- Jaipur (10% of the profile may have national &/or international travel)

You will be responsible for –

· Souring IT profiles from the job portal & submitting to Manager HR.

· Handle & manage Job Posting on various job portals.

· Plan and execute walk-ins drives and campus drives.

· Take care of Induction Program & “Buddy Program”.

· Daily maintain, mentor, monitor & coordinate with team members for various types of MIS / Database.

· Follow-ups for offered candidates till they join the company.

· Joining Formalities (paperwork + scheduling induction program, block the calendar).

· ID card ordering, follow up for the same & maintaining the records.

· Responsible for CUG plans, follow-ups & addressing the issues regarding the same.

· PF, ESI, Group insurance-related documentation & follow-ups.

· Co-ordinate on employee insurance Mediclaim, GPA and term insurance.

· Corporate Tie-ups: initial listing, initial follow up, fix a call &/or meet with HR Manager.

· Ensure timely updation & submission of required reports.

· Maintaining the records of the employees by maintaining their personal files.

· Vendor management & Vendor relationship.

· Update Trainee status in every 15 days.

· Take care of the Employee-employer relationship.

· Responsible to handle employee grievances.

· Responsible for exit formalities and process of F&F.

· Responsible for employee engagement initiatives across the organization.

· Managing And administrating the Admin team & Admin activities

· Follow up with various Vendors (task basis).

· Strong sense of responsibility and principle, good interpersonal communication and coordination skills, good logical thinking, and learning ability.

Duties as assigned

(Maybe change in responsibilities, will decide on a run-time basis on the current workload).

Ø Graduation from IT field is preferable.

Ø Strong analytical skills - strong problem-solving skills, communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information / data to make decisions, anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve.

Ø High level of energy and enthusiasm, with ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
