We are looking for a dynamic and driven HR Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of Relationship Managers (RMs) and Team Leads (TLs) for a designated location. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in hiring for sales roles, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Core Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Relationship Manager and Team Lead roles for the assigned location.
Source candidates through various job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain accurate recruitment dashboards and trackers on Google Sheets.
Ensure timely hiring closures by working closely with internal teams and candidates.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Provide regular updates to regional HR heads and business teams regarding recruitment status.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is mandatory.
Minimum 2 years of experience in hiring sales professionals or related domains.
Prior field hiring experience (e.g., frontline sales recruitment) is highly preferred.
Proficiency in Google Sheets/MS Excel for maintaining recruitment trackers and reporting is required.
Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Shine, Indeed and Apna.
Strong communication and coordination skills to engage with internal stakeholders and hiring managers effectively.
Preferred Skills :
Target-driven and proactive recruitment approach.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple roles/locations simultaneously.
Good understanding of the sales domain and talent landscape.
