We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter Intern to join our team and assist with various talent acquisition tasks. As a Recruiter Intern, you will work closely with the HR team to support recruitment processes and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. This internship is designed to provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on various job boards and platforms
• Source and screen resumes to identify potential candidates for open positions
• Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment progress
• Communicate with candidates to provide updates on their application status and answer their queries
• Support in developing and maintaining a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
• Assist in planning and organizing recruitment events or career fairs
• Collaborate with the HR team on various administrative tasks and other ad-hoc recruitment activities
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve the recruitment process
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Interest in developing a career in recruitment or human resources
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and any applicant tracking systems (a plus)
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
