Job Title: HR Recruiter – IT
Location: Indore
Experience: 6 Months -1 Year
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment (Junior to Mid-level positions)
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate technical interviews with internal teams
• Understand IT roles such as Developers, Designers, QA, BDE (IT Sales), etc.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and offers
• Ensure a positive candidate experience
• Support onboarding and documentation process
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, MBA, or related field
• Basic understanding of IT technologies and roles
• Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Ability to work under deadlines
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in IT recruitment or consultancy
• Knowledge of ATS and hiring metrics
• Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
