1) End to End recruitment for Blue Collar hiring - delivery boys, feet on street sales
2) Sourcing using various channels for blue collar and junior white collar positions.
3) Coordinating with agencies for line up and closure of positions
4) Coordination with various stakeholders and Hiring managers to understand the position and close it within TAT
