Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter to assist our recruitment team in attracting, sourcing, and onboarding top talent. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing multiple tasks to ensure smooth and efficient recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing candidates for various job openings using job boards, social media, and internal databases.

Resume Screening: Help review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates based on job requirements.

Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-ups.

Job Postings: Post job advertisements on relevant platforms such as job boards, LinkedIn, and the company website to attract qualified candidates.

Candidate Communication: Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing them with details about job roles, the recruitment process, and answering their queries.

Onboarding Assistance: Help in the onboarding process by preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring that new hires have all required documentation.

Recruitment Reports: Assist in generating basic recruitment reports, track candidate progress, and help monitor key recruitment metrics.

HR Database Management: Help maintain and update candidate and employee records in the HR management system, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Support Recruitment Events: Assist with organizing recruitment events, career fairs, and other candidate engagement activities.

Market Research: Help research recruitment trends, industry benchmarks, and innovative hiring practices to support the recruitment team.

HR Documentation: Support in drafting and updating HR documents related to recruitment, such as job descriptions, interview templates, and onboarding materials.

Qualifications and Skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a IT recruitment or HR support role.

Technical Skills: Must know about the IT profiles.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build positive relationships with candidates and team members.

Adaptability: Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
