Role Overview
We are seeking an HR Recruiter with strong experience in IT and Non-IT hiring, hands-on staffing exposure, and a working knowledge of HR laws and compliances. The role demands proficiency in end-to-end recruitment and the ability to manage hiring pipelines independently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment across IT and Non-IT roles: sourcing, screening, assessments, interviews, and offer closure.
Handle staffing and bulk hiring mandates with quick turnaround time.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, referrals, social platforms, and networking.
Conduct initial HR screening to assess fitment, communication, attitude, and technical alignment.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies.
Ensure compliance with HR laws, statutory norms, and internal hiring processes.
Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and candidate databases.
Manage candidate experience and ensure timely communication at every stage.
Support onboarding activities as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment.
Prior experience in staffing or contract hiring is mandatory.
Strong understanding of HR laws, compliance requirements, and documentation.
Excellent sourcing abilities across Naukri, LinkedIn, social platforms, and internal databases.
Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Preferred Attributes
Exposure to HR operations or employee lifecycle processes.
Experience working with international clients or multi-location hiring.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
