Role: HR Recruiter
Location: Churchgate, Mumbai (Work from Office)
Experience: 2 to 5 years in a recruitment consultancy
Qualification: Minimum Graduate
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Recruiter to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment within a recruitment consultancy environment.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
* Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, scheduling, coordination, follow-ups, closures)
* Work closely with clients to understand job requirements and hiring expectations
* Source suitable candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, etc.
* Conduct preliminary interviews and share shortlisted profiles with clients
* Maintain and update candidate database and trackers regularly
* Coordinate interview feedback and ensure timely follow-up with both candidates and clients
* Meet monthly hiring targets and contribute to team success
Qualifications & Skills Required:
* 2 to 5 years of recruitment experience in a consultancy environment
* Proven track record of successful placements across junior to mid-level roles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
* Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools
* Graduate in any discipline (Bachelors degree mandatory)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
