• · Candidates must be having at least 06 months recruitment experience with any Consultancy/Staffing Company.
• · Job Profile will be permanent Work from Home.
• · BPO Hiring experience will be preferred.
• · Own Laptop & Internet connection is mandatory.
• · Only BPO/BSFI /Insurance Clients.
· Knowledge of Job Portals is must.

Job Responsibilities:
• · Must have working experience with any consultancy or staffing company.
• · Candidates must have good Hiring experience for BPO Clients.
• · Proficient in Using Naukri, Shine, Times Jobs and job boards.
• · Good in Handling End-End-requirement.
• · Identify candidates with the right skills to match the requirements.
• · Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.
• · Should ensure to revert/submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submittals to meet sharp deadlines of submittals for each requisition.
• · Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
• · Ability to work as a good team player, interviewing, hiring candidates, Maintaining & building the candidate database.
• · Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, --Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.
• · Must have good rate/salary negotiation & closing skills.
