Job Responsibilities:
Must have working eperience with any consultancy or staffing company.
Candidates must have good Hiring eperience for BPO Clients.
Proficient in Using Naukri, Shine, Times Jobs and job boards.
Good in Handling End-End-requirement.
Identify candidates with the right skills to match the requirements.
Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.
Should ensure to revert/submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submittals to meet sharp deadlines of submittals for each requisition.
Must have eperience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
Ability to work as a good team player, interviewing, hiring candidates, Maintaining & building the candidate database.
Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, -Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.
Must have good rate/salary negotiation & closing skills.
