HR Recruiter

Overview:

As a Recruiter for Zion HR Consultancy, your main role will be that of a Recruiting for a particular client, you would be responsible for assisting the consultants to hire the right candidates for the job.

Your Responsibilities:

Calling up candidates and collecting information

Screening CV’s and profiles

Assist in documentation and feedback on candidates

Manage emails and updates

Work with the other recruiters/consultants

Promote job openings and positions

Job Requirements:

Education qualification: 12th- higher secondary or Bachelor degree preferred

Experience: Freshers – 1+ years of experience

Working hours: Flexible, mainly Mon-Fri +:30- 6:30pm, Sat – +:30 – 1pm

Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) – English

Ability to build and maintain relationships

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Porvorim, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
