Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.

Assist in onboarding and other HR activities as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹+,643.10 - ₹30,865.+4 per month
