HR Recruiter

We are hiring HR recruiter in pune.

1. Work with outside head-hunters i.e Sales Manager and Sr Sales Manager to identify new talent in outside sales for the R2 (vyara, vansda, nandurbar) and R4 ( Rising Solapur- kondi, kumbhari, hotgi, bhoom, akkalkot, tuljapur and Rest of solapur - Velapur, Kurduwadi, Karmala, Paranda, Tembhurni, Padharpur)

2. Scour job search websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally.

3. Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training process

4. Complete all documentation of the candidate and send on boarding mails.

5. Looking after their smooth hiring process.

6. Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements

7. Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need

8. Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates

+. Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers

10. Following up on the interview process status

11. Maintaining relationships with internal staff to ensure staffing goals are achieved.

12. Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process

13. Completing timely reports on employment activity

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹150,000.00 per month
