Role: HR Recruiter (Team Lead)

Job Description:

Must have experience in client co-ordination

Understand client requisitions and identify potential candidates from the available sources- Internal Database/ATS, Job boards, Social Media, Headhunting and many more

Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter.

Must have team lead experience

Manage End to End recruitment

Performing reference and background checks

Teams or Google Meet interviews to validate candidates IDs.

Should possess excellent communication skills and negotiation skills.

Agile and fast decision makers to deliver quality in the dynamic nature of Staffing business

Target oriented and have a Go- better attitude

Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements.

Should be able to work with a team.

Take responsibility of his/her portfolio of demands.

Experience in Stake Holder management is added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹8,463.5+ - ₹36,88+.7+ per month
