Spring Mountain Treatment Center is currently seeking a dynamic professional to join our team as a full time HR Recruiter/Coordinator. Under the supervision of the Director of Human Resources, provides quality full cycle recruiting and staffing services for assigned positions, which include multiple locations and work sites. The HR Recruiter/Coordinator maintains outstanding employee competency and staff file updates. Ensures the confidentiality of all data and information.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITES:
• Develops recruitment strategies and action plans to efficiently address open positions. Sources candidates via specialty internet job boards, ads, referrals, cold calls, etc.
• Sources candidates, conducts phone and personal interviews, schedules interviews with hiring managers, conducts background and reference checks, and prepares salary offer recommendations
• Ensures all professional staff (Nurses, Teachers, and Therapists) are licensed as required and that all licenses are verified in a timely manner. Ensures that current licensure in maintained throughout employment.
• Maintains confidentiality of all personnel records and facility issues
• Assists in preparing personnel-related documents for JCAHO surveys.
• Ensures all onboarding and background requirement are completed.
• Performs other duties as assigned
ABOUT SPRING MOUNTAIN TREATMENT CENTER:
Spring Mountain Behavioral Services has provided mental health services to the Las Vegas community since 2001, treating children, teens, adults and senior adults with behavioral health or addiction issues. We offer a supportive and healthy environment with 24-hour care that allows people of all ages to make positive changes in their lives. Our primary location, Spring Mountain Treatment Center, focuses on the stabilization of acute symptoms for patients age 5 to 65, along with select outpatient care programs for teens. Our secondary location, Spring Mountain Sahara, houses our Adult Outpatient and Senior Adult Inpatient programs.
Spring Mountain Treatment Center is a 110-bed mental health facility that provides acute crisis stabilization services for adults, teens, and children in a secure inpatient setting. Our individualized treatment includes a structured, therapeutic environment, intensive physician involvement and oversight, and daily group and educational programs. We provide a caring and healthy environment that gives individuals a chance to make positive changes.

Qualifications
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years working within a Recruiting role; preferably within a healthcare setting. 3-5 years’ experience in recruiting, training, or employee career coaching preferred.
• Must consistently maintain a safe and clean working environment, following both Spring Mountain and the State Of Nevada Policy and Procedures
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
• Experience working with an automated applicant tracking system (iCIMS preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with high volume recruiting and the ability to handle/juggle multiple tasks
• Must successfully pass background check (includes criminal history, Child Abuse and Neglect Registry, and ABI/FBI fingerprint check) and drug screen
