• Screening Resumes: Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and match them with client requirements.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding new hires by ensuring they complete required documentation and are prepared for their first day.
• Candidate Communication: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and feedback.
• Database Management: Update and maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and priorities.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends to attract high-quality candidates effectively.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A keen interest in learning about recruitment and HR best practices.
