Job Description
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Recruitment Administrator to join our friendly and supportive People & Culture team on a 12-month full-time fixed term contract.
In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employment documentation. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our HR processes run smoothly, efficiently, and compliantly, while delivering a positive experience for both candidates and team members.
✨ Key Responsibilities:
HR Administration
Prepare employment contracts, variations, and related documentation
Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
Monitor and triage the HR inbox
Support reporting, data insights, and HR projects
Conduct exit interviews and assist with offboarding processes
Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior clinical roles
Draft and post advertisements, screen and shortlist candidates
Coordinate interviews and reference checks
Deliver a high-quality candidate experience
Support onboarding for new hires and new clinic acquisitions
