Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels
2. Utilize social media marketing strategies to attract high-quality applicants
3. Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit
4. Manage job postings on different platforms and maintain recruitment databases
5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements
6. Support in organizing recruitment events and career fairs
7. Utilize MS Excel to track recruitment metrics and analyze data for process improvements
