HR Recuiter
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Human Resources Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will take charge of sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various roles within our organization. Collaborating closely with hiring Managers will devise effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
Responsibilities:
• Source and attract candidates through diverse recruiting channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from initial outreach to job offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with candidates to establish a pipeline of qualified talent for future hiring needs.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance recruiting processes continually and strategies.
• Provide support for other HR-related tasks and projects as required.
Requirements
Desired Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience as a recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound understanding of recruitment processes and methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
• Aptitude for maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information discreetly.
