Job Description

Our Shared service team, People Hub is supported by professional HR administrators who are engaging with the local HR team to manage and deliver core transactional processes in India, Middle East and Africa unit. The candidate will be responsible to manage the teams ensuring quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
• Partnering with Location HR teams and stakeholders to provide support from the Shared service framework ensuring consistency across the business
• Managing tracking and reporting of deliverables in the HRSS team according to agreed KPI’s/SLAs and other measures agreed optimizing governance and controls across all processes.
• Driving Continuous process improvements and other Quality Initiatives for processes outsourced in Phub team.
• Leveraging internal best practices to identify replicable improvement opportunities.
• Monitoring team performance and review day-to-day operations including capability development, capacity management, workload distribution, quality assurance, and performance metrics reporting.
• Influence current ways of working to drive a positive change and guide improvement.
• Acting as an escalation point for any complex cases and queries received by the Phub team.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement and collaboration.
• Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to find out appropriate action.
• Engagement in global projects and perform additional related tasks and duties as needed.

Candidate Specification
• Educated to master’s degree level preferably in HRM
• Demonstratable experience in Lead role
• Payroll exposure is Mandate with managing team
• Operational experience of ERP and HR administration tools
• Ability to manage the and motivate the team to ensure timely deliverables
• Pro-active approach to work schedule with the ability to prioritize workload effectively
• Possess process improvement, training, communication and supervision skills
• Have problem solving, critical thinking, and reasoning skills
• High attention to detail and the patience to pursue data anomalies
• Have strong internal client facing skills with a flexible communication style and the ability to communicate complex concepts and analytics in a structured manner
