Working will be at our Office Only in Vidhyadhar Nagar Near Cinestar Cinema, Jaipur

JOB is to Source the IT Engineers Profiles from Linkedin, Naukri, Monster and Explain them the Requirement of the Projects we have and Hire them on Freelance Basis or Contract Basis After Conducting their Telephonic Round, Initial Screening, Check Communication, Checking their Comfortability on the Technical Requirement of the Project and then after processing their for Next Technical Round. Handling the Client's Requirement, Client Communication, IT Project Management, Business Development Management, etc.
Salary will be Offered : Fixed Salary ( Based on your experience/fresher/knowledge ) + Commission on each Profile/Project successfully completed.
No Target
Initial Knowledge Transfer, Working Support & Guidance will be given to understand how to start work
