About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, People & Culture, this role sits at the intersection of HR operations and analytics. You will manage HR systems, improve employee lifecycle processes, and deliver workforce insights that support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes within our HRIS (Tanda)
Act as SME for HR systems, including system improvements and implementations
Deliver workforce reporting, dashboards, and data insights
Ensure compliance with HR legislation, audits, and reporting requirements
Lead HR system and process improvement projects
Support leaders and employees with HR systems, reporting, and queries
About You
You are a detail-oriented and commercially minded HR professional who enjoys working with systems, data, and process improvement.
You will bring:
Experience in HR Systems, HR Operations, or HR Analytics roles
Strong experience managing HRIS platforms and reporting tools
Proven ability to analyse workforce data and provide actionable insights
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on automation and efficiency
Desirable:
Tertiary qualification in HR or a related discipline
Experience supporting system implementations or transformation projects
