Job Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to manage a field sales team and Recruiter

???? Lead and guide the team in onboarding merchants to the GPay platform

???? Monitor daily targets and ensure performance benchmarks are met

???? Provide training, support, and mentorship to the team

???? Ensure proper documentation and compliance with onboarding protocols

???? Handle escalations and ensure smooth number deliver

Tamil communication is manadatory

Experience Required

✅ Minimum 2 year of hands-on experience in Team lead

✅ 1–2 years of experience as a Business Development Executive (BDE)

✅ Strong leadership qualities with prior experience managing Team
