Formulate the HR Strategy aligned with organization’s vision and long-term business needs
• Drive the implementation of the HR strategic goals across teams
• Benchmark against the best practices, identify gaps and implement innovative & sustainable processes and technology
• Drive operational excellence through improvements in critical people processes and identify opportunities to create customer (employee) delight
• Reimagining people practices in the bank and set new benchmarks in the industry
• Critically assess and develop policies in line with internal and external influences
Lead development of policies which promote equality & diversity across the Bank
• Thought leadership brought to the HR functional team across the Bank
• Relevant benchmarking across HR functional areas
• Innovative practices/policies/process introduced in HR for the Bank
• Project planning & execution key change agendas
