About Human Resources:
The HR department handles a range of different functions within an organization like hiring and recruiting, training and development, compensation, developing and overseeing employee benefits, promoting employee career development and addressing current employee concerns. The HR Department is responsible for finding talented manpower and placing them in right jobs in the Bank.
About the role:
As Digital HR Transformation Lead you will be involved in managing complex HR Transformation programs to design, develop and implement new employee experience, HR Operating Model and Digital HR solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into implementable business solutions to enable long-term success. Analyze and design best-in-class HR operating models, as well as conduct analysis of the as-is and to-be HR processes. Define future state digital HR ecosystems of technologies (HCM/Experience platforms and best-of-breed/AI solutions) with the associated roadmap.
Key responsibilities:
• Formulate the HR Strategy aligned with organization’s vision and long-term business needs
• HR Tech Project planning and execution key change agendas
• Drive the HR Tech Transformation implementation of the strategic goals across teams
• Benchmark against the best practices, identify gaps and implement innovative & sustainable processes and technology
• Drive operational excellence through improvements in critical people processes and identify opportunities to create customer (employee) delight
• Reimagining people practices in the bank and set new benchmarks in the industry
• Critically assess and develop policies in line with internal and external influences
• Lead development of policies which promote equality & diversity across the Bank
• Thought leadership brought to the HR functional team across the Bank
• Relevant benchmarking across HR functional areas
• Innovative practices/policies/process introduced in HR for the Bank
