Job description
The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, and customer billing. They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset.
Responsibilities
• Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
• Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close
• Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes
• Research and analyze expense variances for company management
Qualifications
• 4+ years' of professional accounting e
• xperience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience CPA

• :1. Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• .2. Account Reconciliation: Reconcile complex accounts, such as general ledger, payroll, and accounts payable
• .3. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts, and analyze variances
• .4. Financial Analysis: Perform financial analysis, including trend analysis, ratio analysis, and variance analysis
• .5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations
• .6. Audits: Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits
• .7. Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports for management and stakeholders
• .8. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
• .+. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
