Joining formalities and Conducting employee onboarding and handover of new joiners smoothly into the team.Conduct new joiners background verification.Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arisePromote and Conduct employee engagement for employees to create an efficient and conflict-free workplaceAssist in the development and implementation of human resource policiesMaintain employee files and records in electronic and paper formUndertake tasks around performance managementOrganize quarterly and annual employee performance reviewsEnhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activitiesEnsure compliance with labor regulationsImplement and administer employee policiesProvide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issuesSupport the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experienceOffer proactive recruiting assistanceMaintain ongoing relationships with employment agencies to ensure the selection of the most qualified candidatesPrepare HR letters
Essentials:
MBA/PGDM in human resources or related (essential).An engineering background will be an added advantage.Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.Efficient HR administration and people management skills.Excellent record-keeping skills.Fantastic knowledge of HR functions and best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.Superb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related HR software.Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills.Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.Meticulous attention to detail.
