About the Role:
This position requires a full-time MBA from a premier institute and 6-8 years of relevant work experience in HR functions. Prior consulting experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of various areas in HR, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a dynamic, motivated, flexible, and result-oriented personality with the ability to perform under pressure.
Main Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading delivery of projects across talent solution areas, providing support in developing whitepapers and creating proprietary tools, participating in client seminars and industry events, and supporting business development through participation in BD meetings and driving sales. They will also interact extensively with clients to understand requirements, present recommended solutions, build strong working relationships, and establish themselves as a trusted advisor.
