Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the recruitment of US Sales representatives for Global Nutritional corporation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hiring sales talent from India for the US market, with expertise in identifying, attracting, and retaining top performers. Specialized in recruiting English speaking candidates who can work from home in India and do sales in US market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top sales talent in the US market
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Collaborate with sales leadership to understand hiring needs and preferences
- Utilize expertise in US sales recruitment to build a strong pipeline of candidates
- Ensure strong documentation
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes with intellectual levels
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition
- Proven track record of hiring successful sales representatives for the US market
- Strong knowledge of US hirings
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
