• Well versed with water and wastewater project intricacies.
• Experience - Preferably – Large water and wastewater EPC company
• Proven track record of mobilizing bulk resources Pan India.
• Established and well connected with labor mobilization agencies.
• Connect with all sites and support the mobilization of Subcontractors and Workmen based on requirements.
• Should be having a good database of a) small b) midsize, item rate subcontractors c) large back-to-back Subcontractors.
• Develop and implement Workmen HR Policies and practices.
• Management of complete workmen life cycle – viz. Acquisition, Skill development, Retention and Engagement, Productivity Optimization etc.
• Develop, deploy, and nurture new subcontractors.
• Database of existing subcontractors – Discipline / Category /size.
• Database of Workmen and develop new sources of workmen databases (connecting with various state government bodies)
