Role Overview

This is a content-first HR/Admin role. Your primary responsibility will be content writing and building recruitment collateral that supports hiring workflows. You should be open to learning, executing tasks as given, and delivering quality content on time.

Key Responsibilities

Content Writing (Primary)

?Write clear, professional job vacancy posts in structured bullet format

?Draft candidate communication content:

?Interview invites and instructions

?Follow-up messages and confirmation notes

?Candidate FAQs and guidance notes

?Create employer-side content:

?Role summaries and position briefs

?Company introductions and hiring highlights

?Short process explainers and mail templates

Recruitment Collateral (Secondary)

?Create and maintain:

?One-pagers, process documents, checklists

?Candidate profile summaries (clean and concise)

?Basic presentation decks for hiring communication

?Improve content quality for clarity, tone, and correctness

Support (When Needed)

?If candidates require support, provide basic guidance (how to attend interview, required documents, next steps)

?Assist with simple HR/Admin documentation and coordination tasks as assigned

What We're Looking For

?Strong attention to detail (formatting + grammar)

?Ability to understand requirements quickly and produce output without repeated follow-ups

?Good learning attitude and task ownership

?Comfortable working from office in Chennai

?Professional communication and coordination skills
