Roles and Responsibilities
1 HR business partner(HRBP)would be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.
2 Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
3 Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies. Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
4 Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
5 Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
6 Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation. Develops terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.
7 The individual should be a smart, aggressive and assertive professional with excellent Stakeholder management skills.
8 Employee Engagement and PMSsupport. Taking care of entire Business Partnering activities. Manpowerplanning. + RegularlyengagewithBusinessHeadsandzonalHRteamsformanpowerrequirementandplacementoflateral & campusrecruits.
